Return Policy

We strive to provide high-quality products that meet your expectations, but we understand that there might be times when you need to return an item. Here's how returns work:

  • Return Window: You have a 7-day window to initiate a return, starting from the moment of delivery.

  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): To begin the return process, please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by contacting our customer service team. An RMA will be emailed to you, and you will have 3 days from the receipt of the RMA to ship the item back to us.

  • Restocking Fee: Please be aware that restocking fees may apply if the Disklok is missing any parts or is noticeably used / damaged.

  • Condition of Returned Items: All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. To ensure a smooth return process, please return the item in its original condition, with all the original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

  • Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, minus any applicable restocking fees.

  • Shipping Costs: Please note that initial shipping costs are non-refundable for items that are returned, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.
