Returns & Refunds Policy
At Disklok Canada, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. If you need to cancel an order, return an item, or request a refund, the policy below explains how the process works.
1. Order Cancellations and Refunds Before Delivery
Before Shipment: If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation and receive a full refund of the purchase price. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after your request is received.
After Shipment, Before Delivery: If your order has already shipped but has not yet been delivered, you may still contact us to request a cancellation or refund. Since the order has already been dispatched, any shipping costs already incurred are non-refundable. You may also be responsible for returning the item to us at your own expense if delivery cannot be stopped or redirected. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will refund the eligible purchase amount to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned order.
2. Return Window
You have a 7-day window to initiate a return, starting from the date your order is delivered.
3. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
To begin the return process, please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by contacting our customer service team. Once approved, an RMA will be emailed to you.
You will have 3 days from receipt of the RMA to ship the item back to us. Returns sent without an approved RMA may not be accepted.
4. Condition of Returned Items
All returned items are inspected upon receipt. To ensure a smooth return process, please return the item in its original condition, including all original packaging, accessories, documentation, and included parts.
Items that are noticeably used, damaged, missing parts, or returned without original packaging may be subject to a restocking fee or partial refund.
5. Restocking Fees
Restocking fees may apply if the returned Disklok or accessory is missing any parts, noticeably used, damaged, or not returned in its original condition.
6. Refund Process After Return
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the eligible refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, minus any applicable restocking fees or non-refundable shipping costs.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
7. Shipping Costs
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable for returned items, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.
Unless otherwise confirmed by Disklok Canada, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
