1. Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. After you place an order, you may receive an email confirming that we have received it. This confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases of product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraud.

You are responsible for ensuring that the billing, shipping, and contact information submitted with your order is accurate and complete.

All prices displayed on this website are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may apply additional fees or exchange charges that are outside our control.

2. Pricing and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability information on our website are accurate. However, occasional errors may occur.

If we discover a material error affecting your order, we will contact you with the corrected information and give you the option to proceed or cancel the order for a full refund.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Packaging and minor visual details may vary from what is shown on the website.

Prices and availability may change without notice before an order is placed. Once an order has been accepted, the price charged will be the price shown at checkout, unless a clear pricing error occurred.

3. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is generally processed at the time the order is placed.

Orders will not be shipped until payment has been successfully authorized and received.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within Canada. Shipping times shown on the website are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery times may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, remote delivery areas, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, repeated failed delivery attempts, or a requested rerouting after dispatch, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

For security reasons, certain shipments may be delivered to a local post office or authorized pickup location, depending on carrier procedures and delivery circumstances.

If your order arrives visibly damaged, or if an item appears to be missing, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery so we can review the issue and assist you with the next steps. Claims relating to delivery issues may be subject to carrier procedures and verification.

5. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to cancel it and issue a refund.

If the order has already shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel it. In that case, the order may still be eligible for return in accordance with our Return Policy.

Approved refunds are generally processed to the original payment method.

6. Warranty

Disklok Canada provides a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of delivery.

The warranty covers verified manufacturing defects only. It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, improper handling, unauthorized modifications, water or moisture damage, or issues where no defect is found upon inspection.

If you believe your product is defective, please contact us to request return authorization and instructions. We may request photos, a description of the issue, or return of the product for inspection before approving a repair, replacement, store credit, or refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with warranty inspection unless otherwise required by applicable law.

7. Taxes

Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and in accordance with Canadian tax laws and regulations.

8. Privacy

We collect and use customer information only as necessary to process orders, provide customer support, and operate our business. Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may request additional information where reasonably necessary to verify an order, prevent fraud, or comply with legal obligations.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Canada.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time by posting a revised version on our website. The version published on the website at the time of your purchase will apply to that purchase.

These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
