4.3 Incorrect Address, Failed Delivery, or Rerouting
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, repeated failed delivery attempts, or a requested rerouting after dispatch, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.
4.4 Signature, ID Verification, and Safe Pickup
For security reasons, Disklok Canada reserves the right to require signature and ID verification upon delivery and to have shipments delivered to the customer’s local post office for safe pickup.
4.5 Damaged, Missing, or Delivery-Issue Claims
If your order arrives visibly damaged, or if an item appears to be missing, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery so we can review the issue and assist you with the next steps. Claims relating to delivery issues may be subject to carrier procedures and verification.

Disklok Canada provides a 3-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of delivery.

6.4 Warranty Claims and Inspection
If you believe your product is defective, please contact us to request return authorization and instructions. We may request photos, a description of the issue, or return of the product for inspection before approving a repair, replacement, store credit, or refund.
6.5 Return Shipping for Warranty Inspection
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with warranty inspection unless otherwise required by applicable law.
