At Disklok Canada, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to cancel your order, the refund options below apply:

• Before Shipment: If your order has not yet shipped, you are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after your request is received.
  

• After Shipment, Before Delivery: If your order has already shipped but has not yet been delivered, you may still request a refund. In this case, you will be responsible for returning the item to us at your own expense. Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the full purchase price, excluding any shipping costs already incurred, since the order has already been dispatched. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned order.
